As part of a project aimed at transforming TVET institutions' capacity for vocational training, I played a key role in prototyping and deployment of 2 successful implemetations of Information Management Systems solutions, utilizing the Google Cloud Platform and other chosen technologies. I was also tasked with virtual training of the IMS administrators.The project focused on improving professional and vocational training in participating TVET institutions to deliver water-smart and climate-smart agriculture training in collaboration with the private sector. The information management systems developed were designed to coach trainees during internships and facilitate partnerships between TVET institutions and the industry through digitization of the attachment and placement processes. Working closely with team members, I contributed to the successful implementation of these systems to support the project's goals of transforming TVET institutions and delivering high-quality vocational training.

Black Panther Safaris is a safari and tour company owned and operated by Onesmus and Catherine. The two directors realized of their passion for adventure and tourism, after being involved in organizing and participating in various tours and safaris for their family and friends during vacations; thus developing love and knowledge for the spectacular African nature through travelling in various destinations, exploring and adventuring the beautiful and awesome land of East Africa.

As a key contributor to the Ministry of Education's National Technical Committee, I spearheaded the deployment of an e-learning platform aimed at building the capacity of trainers in Kenya Technical Trainers College (KTTC). With a focus on digitizing TVET content and enabling remote learning, my efforts helped ensure uninterrupted education and training despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.Through my expertise in e-learning design and deployment, I played a pivotal role in empowering trainers to adapt to the new normal and continue their professional development. My ability to navigate complex projects and work closely with stakeholders, including the lead e-Learning design consultant, was instrumental in the successful implementation of the e-learning platform in KTTC.By leveraging my skills in online learning, technology deployment, and project management, I made a significant impact on the digitization efforts of the Ministry of Education, contributing to the advancement of TVET in Kenya.

I worked with the lead learning design consultant responsible for the project to deploy a functional online learning management system that helped achieve employee on-boarding and continuous professional development through PayGo Energy LTD’s certification framework. The project involved instructional design for each learning element as well as the text, graphical and video content to go with it. Developed printed handbooks and published video and other multimedia content on an internal LMS. Also responsible for supporting the delivery a TOT programme for PayGo staff so that they are better able to deliver to be capable of delivering learning to the partners that utilise the PayGo platform.

TRU-VALUE Stores' aim was to gain an online presence. There, I was in charge of building an E-commerce platform that show cased machinery and inventory items available from their main store. Additionally, I managed the computer systems by integrating software and hardware solutions to improve the overall system security.

As a key member of the team spearheading the IBM Digital Nation Africa's initiative at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), I successfully facilitated face-to-face training sessions to help students enroll in the platform. I ensured that students completed their certification tracks and were equipped with the skills and tools needed to innovate, design, develop, and launch their own digital solutions or prepare for job opportunities in technologies such as Cloud, Coding, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence.My responsibilities included coordinating and executing the campaign, working closely with my team to enroll students and track their progress on the platform. I also ensured that students were able to obtain their certifications upon completion of their tracks, thereby empowering them with valuable credentials. Through my efforts, I contributed to the success of the IBM Digital Nation Africa's initiative in JKUAT, empowering youth and professionals with the skills needed to thrive in the digital world.
