With that, I was not only able to improve on my communication skills, it also allowed me to develop patience due to language barriers with some guests.

Banquet Server in Temasek Suite- Served international cuisines to 220 guests in one of F1’s famous hospitality trackside suite - Worked in a team of 6 and actively attended to all guests’ needs and orders throughout 3 nights- Anticipated guest's needs and wants - Actively attended to all guests' needs- Handled guest complaints and resolved them on the spotWorking as part of a crew at the F1 event at the paddock club allowed me to learn how to work under pressure with high expectations from customers. I also gained multiple soft skills such as problem solving, critical thinking and teamwork. Having to work at such a fast pace, it was paramount to be able to solve problems quickly with proper solutions when customers are facing any issues. Additionally, since we were grouped into 6 to serve a designated area of the suite, teamwork is vital as well as we will need to know which guests are we each allocated to serving in order to prevent clashing between one another. While working at the Temasek Suite, I got the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life which allowed me to get a better understanding on how different cultures act/ react to situations.
