 Implement the company’s “Business Blueprint” which involves attending workshop in Singapore and user acceptance test session in Manila. Offer consistent payroll disbursement and accurate record keeping; handle over 350 headcount.  Facilitate year-end salary review, performance bonus and festive bonus. Government statutory : prepared documents to be submitted to government statutory bodies. Organize interview session to potential candidates and extend offer to shortlisted candidate. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation: introduce Company and Human Resource’s policies and procedures to new employee; to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives. Coordinate staff training and development : shortlist attendee and discuss training topic with the speaker and offer assistance as and when needed. Work on Human Resource administration : generate daily leave report, prepare employee contract, update staff’s compensation and benefits in HR system, prepare and compile Southeast Asia Monthly Headcount Report to Hong Kong on monthly basis. Draft department-specific employee announcement. Organize and update company organization chart and phone extension list on monthly basis. Play a role as a link between management and employee by handling employee issues and questions in a timely manner. Engage with external legal partner on cases involving problematic staff : prepare the necessary information needed and discuss with external legal partner for legal action.  Manage repatriate cases from Malaysia to United Kingdom : made comparison with relocation services provider which fit company’s requirement, became coordinator between management and employee on repatriate issue and question. Update and renew group insurance : to ensure new employee enroll and withdraw resignee from group insurance coverage.
