Working in Verifone for three years now and even then I am still learning new technical troubleshooting skills and new varieties of situations of client handling everyday. But its a good thing since every time I encounter something different or new it means I am growing and I acquire knowledge that might have otherwise missed.Everyday encounters includes hardware and software troubleshooting, assisting customers on devices and content management, repair and ordering, transaction lookup, account verification with bank processors, and generally just pointing them to right direction. Of course in this job there is the soft side: we handle customers and their expectations (because not one person is the same), talking to our superiors and supervisors, and situation and event handling (since things can get out of hand sometimes). Also after or not on call we write logs and summaries on all that happened on a call, reading and reviewing articles and troubleshooting steps; and there is also opportunity to contribute your new findings to help your colleagues through KnowledgeBase.
