- Daily Network operations- Project Management

- Working with project managers to deploy computer network to support hospital's IT services.- Tendering for the network equipment and liaise with operations team to successfully deploy the network.- Provide assistance to troubleshoot any network related problem that might arise.

- Ensuring M1 Mobile Broadband customers satisfaction.- Ensure Core network is operational for other applications/services.- Skilled in Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, F5 LTM, IPSec VPN and Unix.- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues using tools like tcpdump and system logs.- Experience in deploying systems (Firewall, Internet Proxies etc) into Production or POC for evaluation.

- Lead a small team to perform daily operational task in data center to ensure schedule timings are met.- Monitor ALL servers/network equipment in Data Center to ensure they are available to end users- Provide 1st level support to all systems within the Data Center. (ie During system error/downtime, to provide over the phone support to Systems or Application Engineers to resolve their problems).
