Current•Successfully lead the operational productivity, event planning and member relations priorities of the non-profit organization by serving as a resource and liaison between key internal/external stakeholders with a focus on driving alignment and synergy.•Resourcefully oversee the administrative aspects of member programs and services, which involves analyzing high volumes of confidential and sensitive data (transcripts, licenses, etc.) to process credentials verification and update member profile pages. •Effectively manage key financial processes, including payroll processing for all part-time staff, depositing payments related to member fees, processing office bill payments (utilities, vendors, etc.) via bill.com and monthly financial reporting via Salesforce. •Partner with leadership and other stakeholders (vendors, suppliers, etc.) to plan and execute the National Practice Conference, including prepping event materials, ex: signage and attendee badges and managing volunteer recruitment and assignments. •Cross functionally collaborate with various departments, including HR, accounting and IT, to support onboarding and new hire processes by securing necessary office equipment, processing benefit forms, email/mobile device set up and server credentials. •Developed and implemented a standardized training manual to cover all administrative processes, which has been instrumental in improving collaboration and communication across the company and has since been adopted as part of the training process.
