Setting up the Olympus Pipe Wizard V4 AUT Equipment for Calibration and Scanning of the 40 inch Pipeline with different thickness to check for Flaws and Defects on the automatic welded Joints and Interpretation of Results. Scanning of the Semi automatic welded joints with Phase Array Ultrasonic Testing Method( PAUT)using Olympus MX3 equipment to check for flaws and defects. Scanning with Manual Ultrasonic Testing (UT) NDT method using the Olympus Epoch 650 model machine to determine where repair is to take place on the Automatic and Semi Automatic Welded joints. and also doing Lamination check before Tie in welding. Deployment of Magnetic Particle Inspection( MPI) NDT Method to check for subsurface defects before repair manual welding and also inspection of beveled end of pipe before tie in welding.
