CurrentSupport role in building rapport with the firm's key clients, including senior management, in distributing and demonstrating an understanding of their needs. The key responsibilities of my role are to monitor paid social media campaigns. Perform keyword research but also create and optimize content paid media campaigns. In addition, I can work across all departments by establishing solid relationships with colleagues from other departments.Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments:*Worked with various clients to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, as well as monitor and executing on social media*Support media buying and media management*Responsible for media budget maintenance and media authorizations, and media account actualizations.*Maintain Media monthly reports*Allocate media budgets to designated media networks and distribute spots in Media Software (Advantage)*Negotiate with Media vendors to secure the best airtime for designated spots*Ensuring paid campaigns were executed to client contractual obligations *Leverage Media Tools to provide the best recommendations for clients *Assistant Editing: provide services for various in-house projects*Client management*Create and manage weekly calendar for all in-house ad campaigns*Initiates, facilitates, and tracks file-based media creation and movement to ensure that all media is delivered and acquired at the proper technical specifications.*Manage and organize Digital and Integrated electronic files (shared network folders) and printing of all necessary documents for the team
