Hello! My name is Oniel Rodriguez. I'm bilingual, artistic, design-oriented, people-centered, optimistic, growth-minded, creative, and goal-driven with years of experience in graphic design, psychology, illustration, mixed media production, brand development and counseling. In-depth education and practical experience in psychology and design, a history of customer experience and interpersonal skills, a passion for art, design, and culture, as well as an optimistic work ethic driven by personal growth, are a few of the factors that make up my unique skillset. Taking inspiration from my family, role models, and my cultural heritage, factors like my passion, hard-working mentality, goal of always being my best self, desire to continuously learn, and determination to persevere no matter what challenge comes my way, have driven my success throughout my career. From the very beginning of my ventures in the job force as a Park Operations Host at SeaWorld to my journey as a freelance designer and High School Social Studies Teacher, I have been consistently commended for my drive for excellence, my innate creative skills, my ability to improvise, my artistic eye, my socio-emotional skills, my unwavering optimism, and my endless smile. Each of my experiences have collectively and progressively shaped and molded me as a person; pointing me and stretching me towards growth across multiple areas in my life.
