Ø Independently Supervised the efficient and safe operation, maintenance and repair of all the HVAC systems in Swamp and Land Logistic Areas Western Division (DX,Chilled Water Central Units, Mortuary Plants and Cold Rooms)Ø Ensure the integrity of projects designs, continuously improve on the quality of job deliverables and compliance with SPDC CASHES/information security policies. Ø Manage over 5 active local contractors.Ø Engage numerous customers/clients including government agencies.Ø Creating awareness and sustaining the gains of HSE-MS within the section’s staff/contractors. Ø Project management (Planning, design reviews, construction & commissioning of Civil projects within SPDC-Industrial area/ Residential area, West);¨ Conversion of a Kitchen to Conference Room space @ Mian OfficeArea Restuarant.¨ Team member, construction of crèche @ Main Office Area.¨ Ensure proper expenditure/accounting of about N1.5b annually.Ø Plans and leads 5 HVAC engineers to refurbish, commission, and hand over for operation, Batan Flowstation HVAC Systems in the Re-entry Major Projects, and act as the custodian of the technical integrity of these facilities.
