• Ensure proper wine service in a professional and timely manner with appropriate tools• Keep wine cellar organized and make sure wines are stored properly• Receive and verify accuracy of deliveries to the establishment• Maintaining a complete knowledge of different wines, liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections and cigars available to customers• Provide excellent service by becoming familiar with the preferences of both new and repeat customers

• Take Orders and details of Cake Order• Assistant in Designing of Cakes• Make a note of each cakes expired date, and fillings• Cash register open and closing

• Taking and serving of customer orders• Provide passengers with prompt, professional service• Provide personalized service by greeting passengers by name and learning personal preference of drinks etc.• Making of Cocktails and Drinks• Maintaining a complete knowledge of different wines, liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections available in order to better serve customers.• Garnishing of drinks• Ensure customer satisfaction • Stock taking/Inventory of the bar items• Making sure that the bar and lounge are always kept neat and in an orderly fashion• Serve as Bar/Wine Waiter/waitress in the dining room as requested• Set up bars prior to service• Assist the bartender with the polishing of glasses• Smile and greet passengers and fellow employees• Fulfil passenger request or suggest alternatives courteously• Keep the Bar Manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken.• Follow health and safety policies of maritime laws • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
