Currently work here as a Network Owner who responsible for the availability of the whole Fiber Optic network spread across Pantai Indah Kapuk area.

- Create & Manage the whole process of the Installation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance purpose to ensure the availability of services- Cooperate with external parties in the implementation of field engineer/technicians activities- In collaboration with all marketing staff to provide a good services for all customers- Ensuring the tasks performed by technical staff are adequate to the industry regulations- Working with executive management, vendors and IT staff to create a technology plan for the organization- Oversee inspections and troubleshooting of equipment, machinery, computers and software- Generating and maintaining service order task lists for active service orders- Maintaining and developing good working relationships with vendors and subcontractors

- Preparing new ICT services for Agung Sedayu properties includes Office & Apartment Towers and Landed Residences- Design the ICT layout in order to support all tenants service delivery and further upgrades- Consolidate with local providers and vendors in delivering service- Conducting commissioning test to ensure whole system is fully worked

- Creating a new product based on the customer journey- Having coordination with network and sales team to create the exact product for customers- Becoming the bridge between the customer and internal product team- Giving support to the sales team to accommodate any custom needs from corporate customers- Maintain all existing product and giving solutions to the customer who needs a customized service

Job Description :- Provide an internet connection for the customers using the leased line or Metro Ethernet.- Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration, directing and documentation for the installation- Maximizes network performance by monitoring the performance- Troubleshooting for network problems and outages- Managing Data Center environment to ensure the service well delivered- Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements- Establishes network specifications by conferring with users- Analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements- Designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols- Planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment- Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring, network analysis and performance tuning- Troubleshooting network problems and escalating problems to vendor- Cooperate with vendors and other providers to support the network availability and to fulfill customer needs

- Maintenance and Troubleshoot all of Indosat’s customers start from their Local Access, Transmission and Equipments.- Maintenance all of Indosat’s transmission equipments such as modems, multiplexers, fiber optic, radio and VSAT, routers and switches.- Coordination with the Provisioning engineer for the transmission availability, checking available capacities for installing a new circuit, and adding a new transmission capacities if it’s needed- Building, developing and engineering network system in various industries, ranging from computer to telecommunication network, wire or wireless.- Installing and maintenance customer circuit, such as Leased line, Frame Relay Network, Internet, and Telephony network.- Handle project and installation network using Fiber Optic, Radio Microwave, VSAT and Copper (Cable) line.
