Position: Consulter in Delivery Service Management Analyst Responsibilities: Supporting Latin America affiliates with the tools implemented in SalesForce.com; Supporting Latin America affiliates with the application SalesForce.com On The Road (OTR) implemented in the IPads to facilitate the day to day work of the Roche’s Representatives; Management and resolution of incidents in the application and tools implemented for Salesforce.com and OTR; Management of requests made by Latin America Affiliates for the tools in SalesForce.com; Insert/Update data (segmentation, products, contacts/accounts, addresses, communication info, etc.) in SalesForce.com as needed by the end users; Create/Change operational Reports and Dashboards in SalesForce.com that facilitate the analysis of data inserted by users; Create training material for reports and dashboards in SalesForce.com so the end users are able to create or change it by themselves facilitating and streamlining the day to day of the users. Develop and manage analytical reports in Crystal Reports for the end users; Generate general reports in Oracle for users analysis; Analyze/update data directly in Oracle Data Base;
