PROJECT: Construction of underground road tunnel connectivity including approaches on Design Build basis between Orange Gate, Eastern Freeway to Marine Drive, Coastal Road at Mumbai

PROJECT: Design & Construction of Underground Structures (Tunnel & Stations) of length 2.76km including allied works and 3 nos. of UG Metro Stations in Reach-6 Line of Bangalore Metro Rail Project, Phase-2📍PLANNING :-• Prepared Daily Progress Report for the project including Formwork & Labour Report for RT-02 Package.• Handled Management Information System software- PROCUBE designed by L&T for progress monitoring & reporting to higher management.• Quantity Surveying for Architectural works to establish the relationship between scope of work, materials required and duration of each activity.• Preparing measurement sheets for sub contractors to facilitate billing.• Micro-planning for handing over of system operating rooms to achieve key dates.📍DESIGN & INTERFACE :-• System Interface coordinator for Shivajinagar UG metro station. Individually handling E&M, ECS/TVS, S&T, L&E & Traction clients/contractors including AFC & Track contractors for carrying out their scope of work without disrupting the existing flow.• Responsible for carrying out Architectural works in an UG Metro Station coordinating with multiple stakeholders.• Successfully handed over forty (40 nos) major equipment/system rooms in Shivajinagar UG Station within the contractual key dates.• Assisted Contracts team in giving timely inputs to claim EOT which were subsequently approved.📍EXECUTION :-• Managed labour workforce, material and sequence of activities to deliver goals in time.• Raising RFI with the client and closing it on completion to generate invoicing for the month.

Major Project on "Analyzing sustainability of Utility Power Distribution Business".

PROJECT: Construction of Shaft for Underground Metro Station at Swargate and Shivajinagar in Pune.· Proper safety induction programme was conducted by J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd. before going on site.· Studied Method Statements for different works like Installation of Waler beam, Construction of Capping beam and anchoring process in construction of shaft.· Interacted with Govt. appointed consultants from RITES, Systra, Egis and AECOM.· Design of one way and two way slab construction in Ancillary Building.

PROJECT: Construction of Shaft for Underground Metro Station at Swargate and Shivajinagar in Pune.· Preparation of Trial Mixes for Secant Piles of grade M15 (soft pile) and M35 (hard pile).· Performed different field and laboratory tests on aggregates and concrete.· Understood the working of Batching Plant at Hadapsar, Pune.
