Responsible for Supply Planning of Fans B2B,B2C & Ecom business.Prepare & Monitor monthly & weekly Production Plan based on Sales Forecast for In-house manufacturing unit & OEM Vendors. Approve & Release Purchase Orders to Vendors as per Production Plan.Track & Monitor Order status, Lead time & Delivery schedules to ensure On-time delivery of spare parts to respective branches across PAN India.Close co-ordination with the Factory Team & Vendors for smooth supply of material.Analyzing the Material requirement thereby ensuring no stock out.Daily the Material shortages & taking necessary action.Analyzing the ESO (Excess, Slow & Obsolete) Inventory & taking necessary action for liquidating the same.Reviewing MSL (Minimum Stock Limit) on quarterly basis.Conduct Weekly meeting with Factory Team & Vendors to review Plan vs. Actual achievement.Attend PSI (Production, Sales and Inventory) meeting with Sales team to prioritize & plan Production activities. Review, consolidate data & prepare MIS Reports on daily & monthly basis & submit to Management.

Identify & Develop new Vendors thereby evaluating Capacity, Capability, Quality & Pricing.Evaluate & Select Vendors through RFQs (Request for quotation).Execute & Maintain agreement & contract (Non-Disclosure Agreement & General Terms & Conditions) with Vendors.Negotiating with Vendors for competitive pricing.Process Purchase Requisitions & Orders as per business requirement to Vendors.Track & Monitor Order status, Lead time & Delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of material.Close co-ordination with Warehouse & Logistics teams for goods receipt note & material dispatch.Establish and maintain strong relationships with Vendors.Review & Monitor Supplier performance matrics. Close co-ordination with Finance team for Vendor payment as per payment terms.

Close co-ordination with the Factory & OEM vendors for material dispatches.Monitoring the Material Dispatch Schedule on daily basis.Material Distribution from CDC (Central Distribution Centres) & Factory to the 29 branches across PAN India on daily basis against Dealer/Project Orders on daily basis.Ensure complete Order fulfilment & provide confirmation on the delivery schedule to the customers.Ensure On time delivery of material to respective branches.Close co-ordination with the Warehouses for Vehicle loading & material dispatches on daily basis.Analysing the Material requirement thereby ensuring no stock out.Analysing the ESO (Excess, Slow & Obsolete) Inventory & taking necessary action.Conduct weekly meetings with factory to review Plan vs. Actual achievement.Close co-ordination with Sales & Production team to ensure timely execution of Business Plan & Sales Forecast. Implementation & sustenance of LEAN manufacturing concept Single piece flow, cellular layout to improve the productivity & reduce scrap.Designing the production cell by TAKT time, Operator loading by front loading concept to meet hourly production requirement.Improvement of Visual Management by operator loading chart, skill matrix, SQDIP board (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, & Productivity).

Prepare & Monitor Monthly & Weekly Production Plan based on Sales forecast.Capacity Planning on monthly & weekly basis as per Production Plan.Daily MRP running and checking Material availability & Shortages.Ensuring smooth flow of raw material to assembly lines on periodic basis.Maintaining 2 Bin Kanban system and ensure material availability as per Kanban quantity.Follow up with buyers thereby defining critical parts in advance buy in order to meet inventory targets & shorten delivery lead-time.Daily provide FG shipment plan to Exim team for proper export planning.Daily conducting Gemba meetings to discuss material shortages, shipments for the day & week.Monitor daily trends for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory & Productivity through Visual Management Board using charts & correlate actual results with the goals & take necessary actions.Review daily reports to identify & address to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues & line capacity.Close co-ordination with other departments like Customer Service, Process, Quality, Maintenance & Purchase.
