Assistant Store Manager
CurrentAs the assistant store manager, I supervise up to 200 retail employees across various shifts. I oversee all facets of customer service, promotions, and seasonal merchandising functions. In this role I mentor, train, and motivate employees to perform at their individual optimal levels while I troubleshoot customer issues as they arise, and ensure efficient resolution of employee-customer conflicts. I facilitate weekly meetings to disseminate promotional information and to deliver any new requisite training and I set targets for weekly special event KPI metrics which are specific for each team.
