Hello, I am Onkar Kadlag , an enthusiastic Structural Engineering Post Graduate. Since my childhood, I had been fascinated by High rise structures & Buildings, so I opted for Civil Engineering field.  I am Passionate to acquire Design Knowledge, Experience and new construction techniques to ensure safety and seviceability of structures compliant with the codes.  I have excellent proficiency in Structural Engineering and Expertise in softwares such as STAAD-PRO, ETABS,AUTOCAD, Revit Architecture, Microsoft Project and Autodesk Quantity Takeoff. I have completed Master's in Structural Engineering from the Savitribai Phule Pune University. Where I have done academic project on ' Analysis of Cellular Beam With Hexagonal Web Opening having pitch variation by ANSYS Software'. Where the analysis of steel beams with web openings for load and deflection is done and comparison of the experimental and finite element ultimate loads shows that the finite element analysis using ANSYS software is capable of predicting ultimate load behaviour of steel beams having web openings with reasonable accuracy.          I have graduated with Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Amrutvahini College Of Engineering, where I have done academic project on ' Concrete Mix Design by using MATLAB Software'. the  objective was to determine various mix design proportions as water content, water cement ratio, cement content, weight of coarse aggregate, weight of fine aggregate, weight of admixtures by using MATLAB Software.      I am highly skilled in Analysis & Design techniques in STAAD-PRO,ETABS and architectural designing in Revit Architecture. I am interested to work in areas of Urban infrastructure, Structural Engineering and Architectural Projects in addition to both commercial & residential real estate projects in line with full time job. I am open to connections and opportunities.
