Currently working on Project for ‘Nielsen Mobile’, the world’s largest Market Research Organisation in Mobile and telecom sector involves working with the Product Research Manager to carry out end to end analysis for each product. I have been associated with a product ‘Mobile Devices’. Analysis largely involved in identifying market share among device manufacturers, demographic and user segment profiles of device owner, to monitor competitive positioning between device manufactures, understanding usage behaviour of device owners, select most effective sales channels to reach target buyers, identify drivers impacting purchase decisions of buyers, profile and analyse differences between key customer groups, customer satisfaction and loyalty with device and services, investigating and projecting the quarterly trend breaks etc…Statistical techniques like factor analysis, time series analysis, logistic regression, statistical testing and sample weighting techniques to make that sample a perfect representative of the population are largely used.

Being Data Analyst Executive, I got an opportunity to work with one of the leading firm in an Insurance domain, Private Sector Bank and Leading Mutual Fund Sector.Project at a leading General Insurance Co., involved working for their Business Development team in building various campaigns for acquisition, Retention and Cross-selling using Different Data Mining Techniques like Structural Risk Minimisation, Neural Networks etc. and Statistical Techniques like Binary Logistic Regression, Segmentation etc. to enhance their customer base. Also, helped Data Processing Team to generate Data Quality Reports and MIS.Project at a leading Private Sector Bank, involved working for their Marketing Analytics team in building models using Binary Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis for Customer segmentation and Identification for Cross-Selling of Personal loans to CASA base and Credit Card base and ways to increase the debit card transactions of the Debit card holders. Conducted training sessions of Alterian for their Marketing Analytics team.
