Assist in Implementing plans for antigen production in consultation with Senior Lab Technical Officer and Production Manager. Cleans and prepares production vessels, other laboratory equipment and accessories in accordance with the SOPs.Sterilizes bioreactors, other vessels / equipment and filters respecting the principles of sterilization and making sure that the automatic sterilization cycles are valid to ensure that production targets are met.Assist in the operation and monitoring of production equipment, production processes and reports deviations to the supervisor.Assist in the transfer of product between vessels/equipment in accordance with the set procedures to prevent contaminations.Takes samples timeously during the production processes, treats, aliquots and send them to QC as appropriate in accordance with the set procedures. Keeps record of observation and operations during the production processes and reports all abnormalities immediately to the supervisor.Takes part in all production processes e.g. inoculum production, industrial cells and antigens/active ingredients, media preparation, vaccine preparation, processing, blending, freeze drying, fill, finish and packaging under supervision.Performs cleaning, assembly, packaging and sterilization of laboratory ware to timely service all the laboratories.
