- Acquired, managed, and maintained all city/county contractor license’s, permits, and inspections for all job builds (After getting hired the company had two solid months of three-four builds a day, five days a week)- Managed, repaired, and provided around the clock support of all company computers, mobile devices, network routers, network printers, and contract employee laptops.- Trained all incoming hires on Acculynx 2.0 software used to manage all prospective, current, and past clients.- Organized and filed a back log of two years worth of work that the company had done, making sure all digital files and physical files contained the proper paperwork (invoices, purchase orders, and sub-contractor records).- Researched credentials, managed database, and kept track of all sub-contractors used for various trade specific work.
