- Interning for the head of the IoT department - Creating IoT (Internet of Things) product demos for large clients: Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.- Currently building an IoT device that will be globalized in every Microsoft facility once completed- 3D printing the casing and other components of the IoT device - Using the Xbox Kinect to help scan larger object for 3D printing- C# development for the FEZ Spider Starter Kit - Researching into various fields of IoT for product enhancement- Modifying standard Raspberry Pi 3's in order to display them as Microsoft's technology demos

- Created a database of research for APXPS research; a rising research trend that involves mixing elements with gases- Embedded database on a website; added querying, data entry with a multi-layered authentication system- Used HTML/CSS, Bootstrap Framework, Js to create a user-friendly and modernized website- Implemented analytics on the current 200+ entries before it scales to 10k+ when released to non-LBNL labs in the U.S

- Article writer for the Odyssey- The site has 30 million views every month- Part of the UC Berkeley team of writers- As a computer science major, I write articles about technology and it's impact on society- I also write articles on time management and technology's role in enhancing and disrupting time management- I am one of the four accepted writers from UC Berkeley's incoming class of freshman

- In charge of fixing miscellaneous bugs in TutorSync's system- Does web development to implement new ideas for landing pages - Creates subject-specific landing pages for the company - Develops marketing strategy for the San Francisco Bay Area- Markets product to high schoolers nearby - Finds stellar high school students and recruits them as tutors - Notifies marketing lead of newly acquired tutors

- I worked 37.5 hours a week for 10 weeks to allow for the completion of the app. - Worked side by side with college interns that attended UC Berkeley and UC Davis.- Received a future full-time job offer from the Alameda County because of my app’s design.- Built fluency in many languages: --> HTML--> CSS--> Bootstrap framework--> JavaScript--> jQuery--> Java- Fixed jQuery incompatibilities to ensure the completion of the project- Worked extensively with Bootstrap’s grid system, and had to emulate a photoshopped layout, and do so with html/css/bootstrap for the first part of the app.- Helped retrieve JSON using ajax, and have the JSON populate the application with newly inputted information from another department- Had to update the jQuery mobile version from 1.3.2 to 1.4.5 for efficiency and full mobile phone compatibility- Rewrote all of the JavaScript files to be in accordance with the new app - Tested web application on Android and IOS devices- Did debugging during the week-long testing period before the app was released- Taught me how to persevere despite pressuring circumstances, how to meet pressing deadlines, and how to efficiently solve complex problems by utilizing available resources.- See my employers at http://itd.acgov.org/index.page

- I was congratulated and given a verbal job offer by the Sheriff himself for my app’s design

- Teaching assistant for top gifted students- Taught high schoolers arabic- Facilitated graduation ceremonies for the entire school- Was one of the opening speakers at the graduation ceremony- Organized and directed school events - Led religious activities within classrooms

- Was the speaker for a large group of people in the Bay Area regarding Islam- Educated people new to the religion on the ideals of Muslims- Helped clear misconceptions about Islam, and taught them our values- Successfully answered every question people needed answered on parts of the religion

- Summit generates a concise summary, defines key concepts, and pulls out notable statistics and numbers from dense text seen in textbooks all with the simple snap of a picture (on a mobile device). - The application utilizes OCR (optical character recognition) and NLP (natural language processing) API's to convert the initial picture of the selected textbook into a text file, then in to a concise summary with relevant numbers. - A startup I created with 3 other local friends- I oversee deadlines, and am in charge of marketing- I used HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, and Java to help make this startup a reality.- Our demo video can be seen at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUvaPzibclM

- Teaching assistant for Islamic Studies and Arabic - Office Aid for the administrative organization of the school's files- Taught Arabic to elementary schoolers- Taught Islamic history to middle schoolers- Conducted assemblies for the entire school- Facilitated the graduation ceremony of the school- Was the lead for break duty: provided medical assistance to injured kids
