I am accountable for the UI/UX, technical leadership (as and when required) regarding the delivery. I Ensure that a sound and future proof architecture is planned and its implementation meets the technical quality standards. After all, I Allocate resources appropriately to meet design & program needs and minimize resource contention. Lead a project team in delivering a solution to the customer and should have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes sketching, designing, applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Communication plan with the project team and the customer and provide day to day project status to the client/customer. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
