CurrentCompile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.Prepare and balance period-end reports, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.Provides services to employees to answer their compensation and benefit questions.Resolve problems related to access to or payment of government mandated benefits.Provides high-level administrative and analytical support for the Finance Department.Maintains internal financial control, mainly focusing on the accounts payable.Oversees and prepares all financial transactions.Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports on projections, payables and remittances.Analyzes procedures and develops solutions to minimize financial discrepancies.Coordinates with HR department regarding recruitment, pre-employment, onboarding and compensation and benefits tasks.Responsible in preparing daily, weekly and monthly budget forecasts.Oversees administrative, procurement and facilities utilization.Prepares utilization reports in relation to project management.Implement document retention policies for legal department.Provides logistics control and support. Assists in project-related assignments including overall planning, tracking and documentation of one or several projects from the project proposal phase to the project closeout.
