As a Project Software Lead at Teleste, I lead software solutions for rail travel projects, acting as a bridge between customers, product development, project management teams, and software developers. In my role I am a technical project manager handling all the project requirements, conveying them to teams via JIRA, arranging technical meetings and organizing the work for different development teams, to make sure everything is developed and integrated for the project as should. I own the project SW solution, and am responsible to discuss, agree and communicate all the details of the technical solutions, document them and take them to JIRA. In addition, I give external trainings to customers, manage release deployment, support release testing at office and abroad at customer locations.In summary, my role is to own the project sw, and ensure everything in the project's scope is delivered as agreed with quality. This requires skills in stakeholder management, technical leadership, understanding the whole project and all the related complex system architectures, and managing documentation. I work with international train manufacturers and their clients from all over the world. This highly international environment emphasizes strong communication and management skills.

Hardware Test Intern. During this time I worked in a Customer and Innovation Engineering team within Modular Innovators Group, NTG. Job consisted of HW Validation for products such as: Joule computer-on-module, Movidius Neural Compute Stick, Shooting Star drone, etc.HW validation included various type of testing, including debugging and finding solutions to problems in the hardware. E.g. signal integrity, gps-antenna, power and performance, environmental, and functional validation. During the time, I was also the 3D printing-responsible, providing expertise and services to other site members.

I worked in a project called VitalSens, where we developed a novel biomedical ECG remote monitoring device and a platform for mobile devices for ambulatory and hospital environment, utilizing stretchable electronics. Work consisted of e.g. participating in product design, material printing and manufacturing, research, testing and test automation development.
