Was the only BNM rep to set up SC, tasked primarily to formulate the basic organizational structure and terms of employment.The SC provided me with more practical experience in supervision and the capital markets and further exposed me to electronic trading and information, surveillance, supervision, Internet, clearing, custodial and payment systems. Supervised staff to monitor, analyse, report and recommend remedial actions to be taken for violation of rules and regulations.I was involved in projects related to organizational structure, change management and procedural reviews.
