I am passionate about transforming operational units into truly customer-centric organizations. As of September 1, 2024, I serve as Senior Vice President of Fiber Factory (FF) – Region West at Deutsche Telekom Technik. My goal is to scale the FTTH rollout while improving customer focus and operational efficiency. In my previous role as Head of Sales Steering for PK Sales & Care, I developed expertise in transforming service operations, reducing backlogs, and enhancing customer satisfaction through digital innovations. Prior to that, I led the Special Operations & Innovation division for six years, managing a team of 1,200. I was responsible for critical services such as fixed-line provisioning and moving services, and I spearheaded digital service innovations, including the award-winning ‘Telekom hilft’ community. Since joining Deutsche Telekom in 2007, I’ve held leadership roles in Sales, Service, and CRM, gaining over 17 years of experience in the telecom industry. My career includes work with both B2C and B2B units, and I have a broad network across the EU and MENA regions. I’m eager to connect with professionals in the fiber rollout and telecommunications space, and I look forward to discussing customer orientation, FTTH, and operational excellence.
