Sinds de start van mijn carrière heb ik mij voornamelijk ontwikkeld op het gebied van bestuursrecht en lokale overheden. Deze ervaring is opgedaan tijdens mijn werk als gemeente ambtenaar bij de gemeente Westland. Daar heb ik achtereenvolgens de functies van beleidsadviseur Openbare Orde en Veiligheid en juridisch adviseur bekleed. In 2006 ben ik overgestapt naar de projectorganisatie ICTU waar ik mijn gemeentelijke ervaring heb gebruikt om een project te realiseren waarbinnen alle Decentrale Overheden hun Regelgeving op internet gingen publiceren. Bij ICTU heb ik mij verder bekwaamd in het projectmatig werken en in 2008 werd ik de projectmanager van het project Decentrale regelgeving/CVDR. Daarnaast bekleedde ik sinds 2009 de functie van plv. clustermanager van het Juridisch Cluster van het ICTU programma Overheid heeft Antwoord©. Dit cluster was onder meer verantwoordelijk voor de digitalisering en de uitgifte van de Officiële Publicaties (voorheen de papieren Staatscourant). Vanuit deze rol heb ik ook de eerste versie van de App ontwikkeld die gebruikt wordt voor het elektronisch vergaderen in de Eerste Kamer. In 2011 is het Juridisch cluster omgevormd tot het Kennis- en exploitatiecentrum Officiële Overheidspublicaties (KOOP). Per 1 januari 2012 maakt KOOP onderdeel uit van De Uitvoeringsorganisatie Bedrijfsvoering Rijk (UBR) van het ministerie van Binnenlandse zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties. In begin 2013 heb ik de managementrol van KOOP overgenomen en ben ik toegetreden tot het mt van UBR. Sinds eind 2015 is door mij daarnaast ook de rol van CIO van de Uitvoeringsorganisatie bedrijfsvoering Rijk opgepakt.Specialties: Dutch Lawlocal governmentprojectmanagement
