I have 30 years of experience as a director of a large temporary employment/payroll/W&S organization. The time has come for the new generation to take my place. I remain the owner and am given time and space for new challenges. I strongly believe that everyone, every company and institution should be committed to creating and maintaining a society in which we can live comfortably together. Of course profit has to be made, but we must always realize that we have to do it together. We must realize in time that the new generation is going to take over and that we must guide and train them as best as possible with the knowledge we have gained ourselves. In this way we make the world a better place together.My environment sees me as a pleasant person. I have excellent communication and social skills. I know how to motivate and convince people. My perseverance is unique. I feel comfortable in the environment of others. I do what I say and say what I do.After 30 years I am ready for the next step. My ambitions are to do that on an international level.
