Additional responsibiltities include: ▪ Researching, developing, accrediting, assessing and identifying new opportunities for cutting edge professional legal education programs through multilple delivery methods including live and web based learning▪ Cultivating networking opportunities and new business partnerships; increasing business performance by evaluating learning needs; drafting proposals and establishing meaningful relationships with new affiliate partners in the learning community; fostering an innovative and insighful culture in the design and implementation of continuing legal education programming.▪ Overseeing business development, financial planning, resource allocation, marketing, quality assurance, personnel management, selecting and managing vendors, along with client relations▪ Evaluating and driving the usage of emerging technologies into the organization and learning process including new learning management systems, web conferencing tools, e-learning resources, mobile resources and blended learning methods.▪ Harnessing signficant teaching experience to teach and support those teaching professional education subjects; fostering a culture of innovative training and teaching models; encouraging instructional design best practices; leveraging and expanding technology solutions ▪ Ensuring exceptional program delivery and results by developing and maintaining appropriate metrics and ensuring post event evaluations are performed▪ Continually reviewing, maintaining and updating website content, social media and mobile resources to ensure a user friendly experience▪ Logistical planning for all programs including course scheduling, venue selection, and on-site management
