Took part in business development for this ZEV project. As the D&R engineer, I took active role in product development, design, bill of material building, homologation tests, vehicle manufacturing and customer delivery with end-to-end experience. - Following Ford Trucks projects with global product development system based assessments for planning and addressing market & upfitter requirements in coordination with bodybuilders. Ensure upfitter requirements are met. Digital pre-assembly control with Teamcenter Vismockup and Catia.- Responsibility of the investigation and approval of modifications on Ford Trucks by Certificated bodybuilders. Checking and approving all modifications in terms of aftersales warranty effects. Following up issues with 8D and problem solving methodologies. Upfitter quality improvement studies with using 6 Sigma methodologies.- Participating Ford Trucks value management studies.- Cost reduction on ongoing products with new design, tests and implementation of new level components.- Attending HCV Upfit manufacturer company audits according to company procedures while coaching bodybuilders in terms of engineering, production, quality & control, vehicle delivery and shipment, aftersales issues, maintenance and education & self development skills.- Managing a customer focused workflow and communication between Ford Otosan and the all bodybuilders. - Supporting Ford Trucks Bodybuilder Web Portal up to date, responsible for web portal improvement studies.- Working with Technical Coordination department in terms of 2nd Stage Type Approval Process of bodybuilders for homologation.

- Responsible of Warranty for GKN Eskisehir.- Define and maintain warranty database.- Coordinate working with customers(Ford, Toyota, FCA, Honda). - Collection and analysis of warranty claims. - Physical claim inspections for liability, detecting failure mode, cost calculation and resolution.- Responsible inspector of a specific customer's Europe claims for GKN Spain, France and Slovenia.- Provide timely reporting of the investigation results to the customer and conclude liability.- Retain appropriate documented information and warranty parts as evidence of analysis.- Cost share rate calculation, negotiation and agreement with customers.- Invoice investigation and approval, based on technical inspections.- Monthly warranty report by customer.- Cooperate work with GKN Manufacturing plants and Application Engineering on corrective actions.- Scheduling regular customer & GKN warranty meetings to review warranty performance.- Collection and analysis customer warranty data and KPI's.- Weekly shopfloor audits for production quality consistency and Kaizen improvements.
