Ons is the managing partner of Indie Management Solutions and is an international development expert with over eight years of experience in the non-profit sector. She managed and coordinated several projects within distinguished international organizations such as Search For Common Ground and the Project On Middle East Democracy. She also worked with Tunisian CSOs such as The International Institute of Debate and Jamaity. In addition to her project management and coordination skills, Ons has built significant research skills over the years through drafting publications, and policy papers, in addition to producing research studies.Before founding Indie Management Solutions, Ons served as a Program Coordinator for Civil Society Partnerships at the Project On Middle East Democracy (POMED) for four years, where she worked on building the capacities of numerous CSOs in the MENA region. She provided technical capacity building for these organizations in areas such as research, advocacy campaign building, policy writing, etc. She also focused on the organizational strengthening of these CSOs through moderating strategic retreats, designing internal procedures, and providing training sessions on NGO governance, project management & fundraising, among others.Academically, she holds a professional Master's degree in Control, Accounting, and Audit (CCA) from The Higher Institute of Accounting and Business Administration of Manouba (ISCAE), during which, she conducted her thesis on the evaluation of internal control practices within civil society organizations in Tunisia. The combination of her professional expertise and academic background, in addition to her dedication to human rights and sustainable development, drove her to launch Indie Management Solutions, a firm that centers around the well-being and expansion of civil society organizations and small businesses.
