CurrentI have honed my team leadership skills by heading diverse teams on consultancy projects. My proficiency spans across Azure Cloud Services, Terraform, Go, Terratest, NodeJS, and the OpenAI API. I have collaborated on open-source projects and have a knack for writing. I'm also passionate about advocating for mental health in the workplace and have had the rewarding experience of mentoring engineers.Led a team of six, including individuals from both our company and the client’s side, in a consultancy project for one of the world’s largest financial organizations. The project entailed curating Azure cloud services to ensure full compliance with the bank’s security regulations and developing a self-service platform for the application teams. The work was carried out using Terraform and all the tests for the IaC modules were created using Terratest with Go.Utilized AI technology to enhance marketing strategies by developing a Slack bot. This tool was built using NodeJS as the backend and the LangChain library to interface with the OpenAI API. It indexed all blog posts published on container-solutions.com, generated marketing tweets, and autonomously published them on Twitter.Designed the architecture of Compliance Framework, an open source tool for automated compliance. Currently finalizing the development of assessment runtime, which executes compliance checks against resources using a plug-in architecture. The framework follows to the OSCAL standard. Additionally, I contribute to the Common Cloud Controls project under the Financial Open Source (Finos) group working with the creator of OSCAL.Contributed to the ESO project, a well-known open source initiative, by publishing articles on the topic on InfoQ, which now has more than 15.000 views.Actively advocated for mental health in the workplace, delivering multiple talks on burnout and workplace psychology. Also served as a mentor for several engineers, concentrating on issues related to burnout and delegation.
