▪ Provide exceptional customer service to online assessment and courseware customers through training webinars and conference calls to create loyal customers. ▪ Hunt for new and expansion and referral opportunities and work with customers to make the buying process as smooth as possible▪ Work a portfolio of 200+ accounts in my territory to ensure that they are maintained and grown.▪ Maintain a pipeline and organized territory plan through Salesforce.com management system▪ Spearhead webinars and training instructors how to implement and work educational programs to ensure student success▪ Team with colleagues to maximize customer and prospect touchpoint and grow business.
