I have an active role in:- Setting goals in the company;- Planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling all activities of the company;- Implementation of the development plans of the company;- Development of IT solutions for clients and verifying the implementation them by the company's employees;- IT technical expertise with our technical team from One-IT for identifying and implementing IT Hardware projects and Software to the clients;- Analyzes the company's business and results of financial from economic point of view;- Establishing and maintaining relationships with employees, suppliers, customers;- Recruitment, integration, training and performance evaluation for subordinate personnel;- Implement workflow and collaboration between all company departments (sales, tehnic/service, marketing) and also between all sites of the company.
