With extensive experience in driving performance improvement and transformation within the public sector, I specialise in operationalising change, putting strategy into action to deliver impactful results. An engineer by background, I Initially developed my skills within a global Aerospace organisation delivering process improvement projects across the business. Then transitioning into management consultancy with a large accountancy firm working with public sector clients to improve services. I have also held several senior leadership positions within the NHS and Local Government to deliver large scale change programmes. Through this journey, my industrial expertise and commitment to improving public services have shaped me into a uniquely effective catalyst for change, empowering teams to develop and embed new ways of working.In 2016 I established Ontrack consulting, from a desire to directly engage with clients, working collaboratively to implement real, tangible change from the ground up.
