Life and Business Coaching for members through one to one and group coaching in the form of Teleclasses for 5 plus years. The purpose of the company was to support the business growth of members in the community through teaching them the art and skills of relationship building and being highly referable. I coached them to create business and time systems that supported their business success and to create marketing that produced outstanding results and increased financial success.I wrote and delivered numerous classes that were delivered nationally and directly targeted at time management, visioning, business growth, fianancial independence, developing your assistant, and their own personal character growth.I also provided business coaching when needed individually.These classes were attended from 10 to100's of members each.I worked in-house the first three months to "get" the company culture and message, and independently the balance of time.I loved it and loved the clients!

I moved to San Diego after working in retail with Nordstroms and Frederick & Nelson, a Marshall Field store, in Seattle. I benefitted from the great customer service training that is the Nordstrom's way and being a representative for Estee Lauder and Elizabeth Arden cosmetic lines.Starting anew in San Diego, I landed a sales/marketing position with 1st Centennial Title Company in Title Insurance. It was perfect for me. I started as a B 2 B sales rep, was promoted and spent over two years as Sales Manager with 30 to 40 salespeople covering the County of San Diego while moving the company up in a going down market. I returned to the field with a move to Commonwealth Land Title Company. I won a National contest to name the company newsletter. When Fidelity Nat'l came into San Diego County around 1982, they hired me to open North County S.D. For nine years I was a consistent #1 top producer in the Coastal North County territory and made the highest achievement levels in the President's Club because I helped my clients market and grow their business success. The more successful they were, the more successful I was. I formed the first title partnership in San Diego County when inviting Mark Boeh to join forces with me. We had a very successful team until 1995 when the market contracted and the team was dissolved by management. I really enjoyed helping realtors, mortgage, escrow, and builder-developer clients and partnering with Mark over the years. In coming to San Deigo and starting over, it was a perfect career that led to friends, success and financial well being. I am very grateful for the many friends and the business education I received. I retired in December 1995 from Title.In March 1996, I founded On Track Success Coaching, one of the first dozen Coaching companies in San Diego. We are still happily serving clients to create exceptional results in life and work.
