My career has focused on driving innovative energy solutions, from managing Government contracts that deliver energy efficiency upgrades to low-income communities, to leading weatherization projects that make homes more sustainable and energy-efficient. I thrive on collaborating with diverse teams, identifying high-impact strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of complex projects.In addition to my technical background, I bring a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
