I undertake the tasks of tracking tickets (troubleshooting, lab testing, upgrading, resolving within agreed SLA timeframes), software upgrades, providing onsite assistance to customers around the world for various network equipment.In the MANO (Management and Orchestration) project, which targets the orchestration of VNFs in the Turkcell NFVI layer, in the SA (Service Assurance) project, which targets the collection of KPIs of these VNFs, machine learning algorithms and root cause analysis, and the OOB (OOB) created for devices in the Turkcell network. I am working in the terminal server project that manages the Out of Band Management) network.
