I'm a Planning/Forecasting Specialist with a strong interest in data analysis. With extensive Excel and SQL experience, I've written SQL queries for the NICE IEX database, utilizing Power Query to create Excel and Power BI dashboards to monitor staffed/productive hours, planned/unplanned absenteeism, staffing attainment, and collected overtime. I've also developed an Excel file to analyze correlations between shrinkage, cost of absenteeism, cost of attrition, absenteeism rates and reasons, headcount accuracy, interval adherence, attrition rates and reasons, all LOB-based, on a monthly, quarterly, and seasonal basis. This Excel file played a crucial role in helping me pass COPC certification for my organization.Additionally, I have created Power Automate flows that send automatic messages to supervisors of absent agents, facilitating daily absenteeism tracking. I've also developed flows for tracking outbound call commitments.I'm dedicated to continuous growth and enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues.
