• Managing the IT Continuity strategies and plans in comply with the Bank’s business continuity strategies and BNPP’s continuity framework• Managing and following the IT Continuity dashboard and implementing the related BNPP governance rules• Preparing the disaster recovery test plans, performing the disaster recovery test (simulation exercises in case of the loss of full data center) periodically, reporting the results and following its actions• Keeping the all IT Continuity procedure and processes up-to-date• Holding the IT Continuity committee with the BCO and top management periodically• Ensuring the existence of the service-based redundant system infrastructure for the extreme services, performing their live-play exercises service-based, reporting the results and following its actions• Classifying the service/applications/systems according to the their availability needs requested by the business, ensuring the technical implementation of the infrastructure of the service/applications/systems providing requested availability and accordingly RTO and RPO• Advising and implementing the IT processes according to the ITIL, CMMI, SOX, COBIT, etc. in order to increase the quality, performance and effectiveness• Defining, managing and reporting the KPIs to monitor IT process effectiveness and performance and performing continuous improvement to ensure the system efficiency• Responsible to implementing the BNNP governance model and following its actions• Preparing and managing the Service and Operational Level Agreement, reporting and ensuring their continuous improvement• Defining the content of the IT Executive Dashboard, reporting and reporting its actions• Holding the Change Advisory Board, following the change schedule
