I’m Onur Bayar, and I currently work as a Methods Engineer at Yataş’s Upholstered Products Factory. Thank you for visiting my profile.I began my career at Yataş as an Operational Excellence Engineer, where I focused on optimizing processes in foam and mattress factories, particularly in the areas of autonomous maintenance and professional maintenance pillars. My goal was to achieve high OEE and zero breakdowns on model machines. Additionally, I gained experience in other pillars of the Operational Excellence System, such as continuous improvement, shop floor excellence, and built-in quality. I also took on responsibilities in approving, reporting, and auditing suggestions at Kayseri and Ankara factories, as well as evaluating and calculating the benefits of kaizen projects. During this time, I actively participated in 5S audits.Currently, as a Methods Engineer in the Upholstered Products Factory, my role involves determining production times, setting machine speeds, conducting line balancing for existing products, and creating work plans and production versions in SAP. I also serve as an internal trainer for white-collar and blue-collar teams, providing training on lean tools.With my critical thinking skills and analytical approach, I aim to provide the simplest and most effective solutions.
