- Responsible from planning 750 raw material SKUs weekly (500 SKUs by domestic purchasing, 150 SKUs by imports, and 100 SKUs by 3rd party) - Responsible from planning over 500 SKUs finished goods (and still growing) weekly.- Regularly conducting stock days, service level, order intake and forecast accuracy analyses for displaying current situation of the company and taking necessary actions in case of any need such as shift openin/closing on production floor, contacting with sales for urgent pull/push options of delivery dates etc. - Contacting with sales for delivery time of orders becore they place them into the system.- Attending SMR&D meetings with sales and R&D departments monthly for new projects & product launching. Making sure of operational processes are taking into consideration during creative sessions.- Attending S&OP meetings with sales managers monthly for analyzing the stock days, order intake (urgency) and forecast accuracy. Taking preventive steps for upcoming bottlenecks. - Attending management meetings with GM, department directors and mid-level managers once in every three months for presenting the KPI results, targets and new projects.- Working close with imports, purchasing, production departments for urgent requirements and varying needs of sales department.- Contacting with finance department for stock days analysis ot the high quantity & high value SKUs monthly. Determining and executing necessary steps in case of any need.- Working as Local Item Coordinator SAP of Turkey in Puratos Group and responsible from leading the new item creation process as super user.

* Providing weekly plans for three main semi-finished production departments with 100 FTE* Being coordinated with the second factory in Istanbul, regarding raw materials and semi- finished product planning. * Scheduling up to 130 machines one by one weekly in order to satisfy the due dates * Keeping a sustainable and high-level pace in production floor by ordering optimum level of machine set up * Aligning the machines and FTE in order to maximize the production output and minimizing the operating & overtime costs.* Checking stock levels weekly by Days of Inventory analysis and take actions for managing the stocks in line with seasonal targets* Tracking some smart performance criterias for controlling production processes and keep the system flexible for urgent requests* Evaluating overtime requirements in case of necessity by linear programming* Aligning demand and resources effectively for preventing material shortage or contrary - obsolete stocks.

* Responsible from 40 FTE* Responsible from all the planning (purchasing, transportation and production) processes of the factory. * Performing feasibility analyses for new investments. Starting with analyzing and transforming the needs of the management to technical requirements. * Performing cost analyses using MS Excel tools for projects/new machine investments. * During commissioning stage responsible from abiding the previously made cost analysis using tracking charts and daily short catch ups with the team* Controlling the system performance periodically and tracking the behaviour of each unit in production site for sustaining continuos improvementPlanning Stage: - Preparing daily, weekly and monthly schedules for raw materials, consumables, shifts, operations of machines and manpower using mathematical models.- Regarding the requirements of the production site, collaborating with the purchasing department for procurement.- Performing daily and monthly transportation plans for finished goods collaborating with Domestic&Foreign Sales Departments
