- Process Design, Build Production Organization for new projects and Manage of SOP Process in Manisa-1 Plant, Manisa-2 Plant- Manage the new project operations by the team consist of 2 group leader, 8 white color, 10 blue color - Report to Plant General Director - 11 new projects were launched (Volvo XC90, Mercedes X253, Audi Q7, Fiat 356, Mercedes C253, Volvo 54X, Renault LFF, Toyota 560A projects, Audi A6)- Make new project feasibility, decide investment and operation cost - Prepare project budgets, manage and monitoring - Improve the part unit cost - Implement the lean design concept to the process design of the new project- Prepare the non-quality cost budget of the new projects and follow - Manage Start Up and Ramp-Up cost during SOP- Train nearly 100 operators per project until SOP - Investigate the new process methods, trials and manage the launch of new method- Follow the activities about project variable cost margin during SOP + 6 months- Calculate project capacity and decide investment for serial and new projects- Schedule the new project and follow, prepare all the process equipment and requirements for SOP- Design and build Layout for the new project in the plant- Lead PFMEA- Pre-acceptance and Acceptance of all the molds, machines, tools and process equipment- Make the machine capability studies and take the actions- Manage the run@rate activities and present the activities and the results to the customer- Prepare the prototype’s process and present the parts to the customer before freezing the product data, the first step of project- Determine operation parameters, instructions and define process flow- Manage the engineering changes

- Manage the production processes which includes finishing and injection operations of sealing systems in Manisa-2 Plant- Manage the production facilities by the team consist of 2 group leaders, 12 white colors, 50 team leaders and nearly 1000 operators- Report to Plant General Director - Establish the production organization and manage installation then the growth during the first year of Manisa-2 Plant- Establish 2nd production floor in Manisa-2 Plant , in 2014- Increase the production capacity- Prepare Department Budget and following operational figures on P&L – increase 3-4% in EBITDA by decreasing labor, scrap, non-quality and production consumables cost- Support the process improvements- WCM Implementation to the production area- Establish online monitoring OEE and production KPI system- Plan the labor and equipment capacity- Define the training needs of whole team- Integrate and Implement SPPS (Lean Manufacturing) to the production facilities- Produce to “Fiat, Ford, Nissan, Volkswagen, Renault, Toyota, GM, Daimler, Volvo, Audi” customers- Monitoring and manage the activities like as Number of first aid, number of accidents without day lost, number of accidents with day lost, Direct Labor Overtime, labor productivity, OEE, Scrap, First Time Quality, 5S, Non-quality Cost, number of customer complaint, In-house production PPM, Customer PPM, Cost Reduction, Direct Labor Turnover and absenteeism KPI daily, weekly and monthly

- Manage the production processes which includes machining, pressing, welding, laser cutting and assembly process- Manage the production facilities by the team consist of 5 white color, 200 operators- Report to General Manager- Manage the maintenance department as a temporary during 1 year- İncrease the number of customer by improving production capability - Decrease labor cost - Achieve to produce new market such as heating, automotive industries- Produce to Schneider Electric, Areva, Bosch, Gates, Ege Fren, Ege Endüstri- Establish assembly line and launch for the new markets- Achieve to have TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001- Promote understanding OEE, monitoring OEE, take the action and increase the production capacity with the same equipment and same team- Promote understanding management by targets and define the production department KPI- Promote understanding TPM and implementation first 3 steps of TPM- Draw VSM of the factory and change whole factory layout- Monitoring and manage the activities like as number of accidents with day lost, Direct Labor Overtime, labor productivity, OEE, Scrap, First Time Quality, 5S, Non-quality Cost, number of customer complaint, In-house production PPM, Customer PPM, Cost Reduction, Direct Labor Turnover and absenteeism KPI daily, weekly and monthly

- Define boiler production and method activities in sub-assembly, assembly and packaging production areas- Integrate and implement Bosch Production System (Lean Manufacturing) requirements into the production systems- Planning and decide lay-out and material flow- Cost reduction of current boiler on production side- Team leader of 8D applications- New investment planning and implementation (technical specifications, pre-acceptance, acceptance vs.)- Preparation process flow charts, control plan and work instructions - Decision engineering change request for production side- Preparation and proceeding PFMEA’s - Study, propose and implementation process organization and equipment for new launchesProjects: - Flow Oriented Layout (Project Leader) - Boiler Production Transfer (Project Leader, international project) – the line which was producing in Germany Plant was transferred to Manisa Plant and launched - Standardize Work (Project Member)- Lean Line Design (Project Member, international project) – the benchmark condensing boiler line was established according to Lean logic with the involvement of all the plant in the world which is producing condensing boiler in Bosch Heating Systems - Implementation Condensing Boiler Technology (project member) – It’s the first project which changed the technology from conventional to condensing boiler systems in Manisa
