I began my career in the world of software, embarking on a journey filled with opportunities in software development, customer experience surveys, and database structures. I acquainted myself with Xpoda and Mikro Yazılım products, gaining experience in integrated custom software projects. Directing and enhancing the integration of software in two different languages enriched my experience.I've taken on various roles in software projects, from analysis to testing phases, which honed my skills in business planning, teamwork, stress and time management, among others. I witnessed the critical importance of BI Tools and reporting systems for businesses.Moreover, working with eBA Workflow application facilitated gains in establishing and directing business processes, as well as in automated document generation. Through technical expertise, I enhanced customer relations by engaging in field sales and customer visits.Currently, I leverage my process knowledge in the realm of business development within SME digital transformation journeys, aiming to contribute new software technologies to our sector and country.
