- Ensure that the installation activities/execution is in line with the installation planning- Responsible to apply the HSS rules and make sure the other workers and subcontractors apply them as well- To be trained in Method Statements, and their application in order to control the end quality of installation (installation check lists)- Responsible to give the status of physical progress (weekly reporting)- Working according to schedule, lead installation teams, report to Clients and installation manager- Perform pre-check documentation before installation, supervision of equipment installation, post-check documentation after installation- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues clients, customers and work as part of a team- To be responsible for compliance with regard to technical auditing and to manage compliance with quality standards & regulations- So far, I have provided site organization in almost 75 crane assembly works in many different companies.
