With over 10 years of experience in the transformer business, I have a comprehensive understanding of the industry's production, planning, engineering, sales, and tendering aspects. My career began at a mid-size company, where I honed my skills in transformer mechanical parts manufacturing processes, planning activities and managing international customers.I then joined Schneider Electric as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where I further developed my expertise in power and distribution transformer design. After two years, I was promoted as Technical Tendering Manager, responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the projects that the tendering team worked on.Building on my journey, I was given the additional responsibility of managing the Area Sales & Tendering Team, preparing bids for Central Asia, Mediterranean Europe and Turkey. In addition to these roles, I was also tasked with serving as a Quality Value Engineering Leader, where I managed saving activities on manufacturing processes and design features.Now, as a shareholder of a transformer mechanical parts manufacturer, I lead the operations with a focus on Digitalization, HR, Finance, and Engineering. With a wealth of experience across the transformer industry, I am dedicated to driving innovation, building partnerships, and delivering exceptional results.
