I started my career in the textile industry as a planning engineer. As the company was in the process of transitioning to a more structured setup, my background in KPIs, reporting, and Lean Manufacturing, along with implementing kaizens, led to my transition to Quality System Engineering. I am actively involved in quality management as part of the Lean Manufacturing. Simultaneously, I also serve as the team leader for the ERP implementation.
