- Built, managed, and motivated a remote technical team of nine people including data engineers, full-stack developers, and a designer in multiple locations.- Led and managed short and long term product road maps of two data and analytics products: a SaaS data exchange and monetization marketplace platform (www.altadata.io) and a visual analytics software (https://www.altadata.io/epo).- Experience in various project management methodologies such as Agile (as a Scrum Master and a Product Owner) and Waterfall with distributed development across multiple locations also established company and team OKRs.- Acted as a program manager, led the company’s data products’ pipeline of 20+ datasets; designed and managed overall data structures, ETL, data quality, data visualization, data curation processes. Developed business use-cases in finance, energy, demographics, and retail industries.- Supported new data partner acquisition and led the data strategy, onboarding and data-pipeline processes of 10 data providers.

- Led the expansion of company’s analytics software, EPO (Enterprise Performance Optimizer) and solutions portfolio in data, predictive and prescriptive analytics modeling in North America.- Managed a team (3-5) of analysts and consultants to deliver time sensitive data infrastructure, advanced analytics and BI projects. Responsibilities included from pre-sales (POC, RFP, Contract) to project initialization to on-time project delivery, and change management in large enterprise customers.- Managed and delivered data and analytics projects in performance management, budgeting, and growth prediction in retail, insurance, and FMCG industries. These projects impacted thousands of employees at the client.- Managed a data scraping and crawling framework project, which was used to collect 3,000 public company financials, electricity prices from four major ISO’s, and top 250 retail bank locations along with their features. Designed and executed ETL, data quality, data curation, and modeling work on Digital Ocean and later on AWS.

- Implemented BI and analytics solution projects. Responsibilities included: building multi-dimensional data warehouses with Microsoft SQL Server, Integration Services and OLAP, building story-telling dashboard solutions with Tableau, implementing predictive/prescriptive modeling practices with EPO.- Delivered data-driven consulting projects in different business use-cases: sales target setting, marketing budget allocation, optimal staff allocation, restructuring of commission systems, improving operational efficiency using optimization. - Participated hands-on in project execution, writing SQL code, Stored Procedures and creating ETLs and OLAP cubes- Trained junior analysts and consultants. Conducted client’s staff training in both technical and business sessions.
