I analyze and report on past sales, returns, contracts, relationships, issues, and successful sales to understand and improve sales performance across national chain stores and local markets. I share these reports with my team and field personnel to identify which products to focus on and where, creating a strategic roadmap. Additionally, I monitor price changes and relationships with national chain stores to continually enhance my skills and knowledge.
