• Mainly responsible for operating with physical security systems, managing all the installation and maintenance processes including leading a team of four system engineers and directly reporting to the System and Network Manager,• Evaluating the performance and credibility of systems applications as well as analyzing technical problems in installed application systems, checking its technical resolution and working condition, • Collaborating with sales team, engineers, and product managers for obtaining accurate information of application usage, system operations,• Troubleshooting system applications on customer's request, resolve other engineering issues regarding systems application, conduct regular follow-up on customer's activities.

• Managing, monitoring, Installing, configuring and maintaining all installed systems and infrastructure, operating systems and system management tools,• Focusing on how to design and manage complex systems over their life cycles as well as utilizing systems thinking principles to organize this body of knowledge,• Acting as a Technical Presales Manager to support sales objectives related various of system hardware and software within the scope of the project,• Responsible for all aspects of the SAP technical landscape, performance optimization and process enforcement to provide secure and reliable application performance across the SAP and ecosystem which include associated Middleware and bolt-on applications,• Having a strong enterprise technical SAP Basis infrastructure background to ensure high availability and superior performance,• Following day to day responsibilities regarding SAP such as SAP Performance Monitoring and Tuning, Solution Manager configuration and ongoing support, SAP Backup and restores, SAP Data administration,• Maintaining up-to-date SAP ecosystem documentation and inventories across the enterprise.

• Administrating, installing, maintaining and providing an efficient technical support regarding the SAP Basis servers, databases, network etc. by assessing infrastructure to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands, • Coordinating the needs of IT procurement within the organization as well as the relations with vendors and other third parties, executing the installation of new hardware and software and training employees on its use,• Securing corporate data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means in the process; offering suggestions for possible upgrades and changes in respect of IT to increase the overall efficiency.

• Managing the daily IT operations by installing, configuring, maintaining and providing efficient technical support regarding the university infrastructure along with identifying IT procurement needs in the process,• Assisting with the installation of hardware/software by providing support to end users along the way; resolving problems with networks and other computer systems and responsible for diagnosing all system errors and issues.
